Interesting to see something discussed that is more than the typical 5mg anavar per day for females.

Hahahahaha. I always get such a charge out of these! I remember when someone here posted a similar cycle for her. Among the reasons were how much she lifts, I believe the article said she was deadlifting 225, and she was benching a little over her body weight. If memory serves she’s around 140 lbs bodyweight but I may be wrong. I nearly fell out of my chair laughing! If Cass needs drugs to hit numbers like that, that’s really embarrassing: hurry up and gas up!! She needs all the help she can get!
Here’s why: I’m an ordinary mother of 3 who didn’t start lifting seriously until 11 years ago at age 42. I’m 53 now. I have severe scoliosis, bone spurs up and down the entire length of my spine, severe OA in my left hip and lumbar spine, spondylolisthesis at L5, and a herniated disc pressing on my L4 nerve root that causes debilitating symptoms in both legs. I walk with a cane and have only very limited use of my left leg. And yet I can bench 160, my best deadlift is 243, I can do walking lunges with a pair of 55s, and pullups for reps with a 45 hanging off of me. I weigh a measly 109 lbs. Videos for proof are on my Instagram BTW. Now if a 53-year old crippled mother of 3 can move numbers like that, while rocking visible abs, quad separation, and glute ham tie ins year round without ever touching a PED, I find it downright comical and sad that a fit, able-bodied 30-ish year old Cass would turn to drugs to lift and look the way she does! But hey, if she or the rest of you feel the need to gas yourselves up to keep up with a crippled 53-year old geriatric lifter, hurry up!Last edited by Sunnyday; 04-17-2021 at 08:36 AM.

So the written article on Cass states that she lifts an unbelievable amount of weight. I respectfully disagree. She lifts, yes, but her lifts are far from impressive.
Here’s 40-ish year old Jen Thompson, high school math teacher and mom of 2, benching 325 at a bodyweight of 132. That’s nearly 2.5x her bodyweight, which IS an “unbelievable” amount of weight, even for a gassed up individual, yet she’s completely drug free. I’ve lifted with her.
Here’s Heather Connor deadlifting 440 at a bodyweight of 99 lbs. Yet another example of an “unbelievable” amount of weight being lifted. She’s drug free as well.

While it’s true these two women aren’t even in the same galaxy of hotness as Cass, they’re examples of what can be done with a consistent work ethic. No doubt Cass is an amazing woman with impressive genetics, intellect, business mind, and work ethic. I’m sure I’m not the only woman who would throat punch a baby to look like her. But to lift like her?! Pffft! I have lifted 6 days a week 20-30 HARD work sets per day, deadlifting 3x/week, benching 3x/week, squatting 3x/week without a deload for years and without any additional injuries on top of the chronic issues I’ve had since age 5. Not every strong, fit, lean, beautiful woman requires drugs to achieve extraordinary feats in the gym. Mad props to her for making lifting cool for women and her accomplishments regardless of her PED use, or lack thereof.Last edited by Sunnyday; 04-17-2021 at 11:21 AM.

*** correction after the edit window: the written article says she lifts an “incredible” amount of weight.
