I am making this thread because I felt a sharp pain in my right elbow. I've been feeling this weird pain in my elbow for about a month now and it kinda peaked today when I tried to do a dbl presses. Of course, I stopped lifting and proceeded to doing the barbells instead as it is much more safer due to the assistance of the left arm. Now, I want to ask, has anyone of you experienced this and what could I be doing thats wrong? thanks for understanding.
