I use Walgreens Whey Protein powder. It also contains Creatine. Two scoops provide 30 grams of protein.

they do have supps for women only. i would go online and check it out is i was u ok. and as for me i use MHP products.

However, if you are doing a cut, it's good to supplement those to avoid catabolic response. That's what I do. I only use BCAAs along with anything else I have when I cut weight to avoid muscle breakdown. Do I know 100% that they work? No, but the science behind tells me they should work for my intended purpose and if for $6-7 I can save a bit of muscle, I would call it a win. As for studies enrgifitness most proved it doesn't help you build muscles, I believe. These are more for recovery, which would be impossible to track. Also most studies are too short( 3-5 days in length to accurately
