I know right.. Most on reddit say it's not impacting their weight loss 1 bit & imo helps me stay motivated on this diet. I like to call it a "keto friendly treat".

I've been addicted to Diet Coke for years. It's unfortunately the only soda I pretty much drink other than Diet Mt. Dew. I've used it while on keto and had plenty of success while doing so. I more than likely would have had better success if I just stuck w/ water, but sometimes I need flavor.

ABSOLUTELY 100% AGREED..I can't stand plain water. I'm also addicted to diet soda ESPECIALLY DIET MOUNTAIN DEW
