How many fibrous carbs are you consuming per day? I like to use the TKD strategy to sustain heavy training, I use around 30-60 grams, this would be used to train without impairing ketosis. Many think that loss of ketosis happens quickly when consuming more carbs, but in order for your body to come out of ketosis you would have to do 3-5 high carb days in a row. If you are low carb and do a tkd load during training or 2 days ckd loads on weekends and come back right after low carb your body will still be in ketosis..... well and all that load will be stored in the liver as glycogen liver and will be divided between intramuscular glycogen (you will weigh more on the scale, but it will not be fat, but water weight... ) Bodybuilders work a lot with this Before competing, if I were to recommend a book to someone on ketosis, two names that come to mind are Canadian doctor Mauro Di Pasquale, author of the book Metabolic Diet and another Lyle Mcdonald The Ketogenic Diet..These are some excellent books to improve your knowledge of ketogenic diets.

Very minimal if any fibrous carbs. Probably some wheat bread every now and then but my diet is mostly steak made with lots of butter, sausage & eggs, & salami, provolone, ham. Yesterday I had 3 tbsp of hummus thinking it's low in carbs [only to find it's 25g per serving. Haha. Today I said f it, dropping my carbs lower to 20g

Carbohydrates are hidden in many products on the supermarket shelves, just pay attention to the labels bro, but it's okay to have consumed this 25g more hummus, because the body is a calorie burning machine and I think a lot well that most people can do well on moderate carbs between 60-150g a day... As for you are consuming bread on your keto, choose to include foods of this type in your training..Imho!
