Yes I set up a gym at home since the time the pandemic was high! Sometimes I think about paying a commercial gym for the fact of providing social interaction with some friends but I always end up changing my mind.

Don't get me wrong I love training in a public gym as I miss the atmosphere but there's absolutely no other place better than training than training at your house.. AKA nothing like training in the comfort of your own home

Yes, training at home is great, we can get up anytime! Can I ask you a question, is this forum dead these days? I don't see many members interacting!

Yes, I do but with very limited equipment. I have 20-45lb dumbbells and improvise with those and using my bodyweight.
