I'm 235 & il tell ya what?
I think I'm ready to bulk. I GOTS TO get my strength back up. What do yall think? Hurry boy he's waiting:

Stay leaner, it's better overall for your health. Bulking is over-rated in those terms.

It's all about getting to 5 % body fat level. Gaining fat means gaining strength rapidly but, is it worth it?

On a good note I haven't gained any weight thank God but yeah you're right I think it's time to stay on my diet

I learned the hard way, being ripped is like literally the best feeling ever, being big and bulky is fun but it's not the same. And you can still make gains while staying ripped

+ I feel so much happier and happier at this party weight I don't want to gain any more weight its just not feasible

For me the goal is to bench twice my body weight and deadlift/squat 3 times my bodyweight, this forces me to stay very ripped
