Does wearing a belt really make a difference in protecting your back?
I never wore a belt till I hit my Dead lift pr back in the day, but is it helpful in strengthening your lifts & protection against injury? Anyway you:

bro i actually got an injury after i stopped wearing a belt like my lower back was weak from wearing it...

IMO if you wear a belt and are not lifting your max then you are just a retard thinking constant compression is a good thing. Like the Tool Bags who wear it the whole workout are actually doing there backs a disservice over time

i wear a belt and it helps my back stay stable,. i feel weird without it.
