    I swear on everything food (mostly protein & carbs of course) has this synergistic effect where I feel so full & strong. The more calories I consume, the stronger I feel. Close grip bench is now 275 for 5 but pauses. I have the bars set so the bench could pause for a second before going up. The bench bar touches my chest (that’s how far low I go). This is just the beginning as my main goal is 275x10 pauses. Deadlifts are 315x10 which will go up to 365 soon. Then 6sets of bb rows working up to 295 x8

    bench I consider close grip bench as a chest exercise 8 sets total before dropping to 225 for 10 pauses. Then 4 sets of 12-15 rep push-ups 30 seconds rest between sets.

    Shoulders I do side laterals 4 sets super set with bent over rear side laterals. Then I do standing military press. Bar, 25s on each end, then work up to 135 5-6 reps (super strict form. Not just up n down. Go up, hold for second, bring down to my chest. This is what I do Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday RELIGIOUSLY

    Going much better than expected. Now mind you, this is all done on 100 mgs a week. I can only imagine what 500 would do…
