Why I prefer 4 days per week vs 5-6
I feel like my muscles don’t need to keep getting bashed (day in & day out). 4 days or every other day gives me just the right amount of recovery while trashing my muscles for 40-45 minutes. Not sure if this is the end all be all to training or its all in:

bro 4/3 is an actual training regiment...it works...better than overdoing it
