What really get you going and motivate you to work out?
To be honest for me, it comes from within. It feels like 10,000 pounds waiting on me if I don’t work out. Is it an obsession? Maybe. But those that are cracking jokes and saying he’s obsessed are the fat ass is that are eating donuts and pizza sitting on the fat asses. When I need;
