Is 25 minutes good enough?
I do 25 minutes 4x per week or eod. Do you guys think it’s enough? I mean that Plus keto +work outs eod 4x per week? It’s an animal attraction:

I would imagine between diet/cardio/weightlifting I should be good, however if I do plateau, I’m bumping up my cardio to 30-35 minutes. Gotta burn fat!!! But not very fast where I lose muscle
