I agree w/ Romano Gee could walk with the whole show and I don't think you would hear any complaints (except from Dixon maybe. LOL)

He's my pick for sure. I think he's the most ripped and pleasing shape up there, even though Dixon gets him on size and shape. Dixon just isn't as shredded. McQuay looks really good too, but again I don't see the "wow" factor coming from Stan as it does from Daryl.

Forgot to bring my computer to the show LOL But I'll make sure to remember it for the finals tomorrow night.

I have to go with my best friend, Tricky, he has improved his physique dramatically from any of his previous showings. He had everyone beat on the back shots - and held his own on the other mandatory's. I think if he doesn't take the win, he at least deserves to be in the top three. He has paid his dues and looked great.

I guess we will all see tomorrow what the judges are looking for.

And, yes, it was by far the fasting pre-judging I've ever attended. Very professional and IHop wasn't the only restaurant open after the show LOL

I think once they qualify they should focus on that and give some others a chance to get Top 3.
