I feel naked without playing music:( but it’s part of the puzzle. ANYWAY, meal 2, spaghetti & tuna, then cardio!
I love my spaghetti but not gonna splurge & turn into the marshmallow man! Gotta pay attention to how much is too much. Still doing 500g carbs a day & maintaining lbm!

Hey guys, my uncle who’s a senior citizen (70) wants to start training but can’t due to his depends diapers.
He worry’s he might soil on the bench press & is at that age where we don’t know what to do. He’s too embarrassed to go talk to his Dr. please help RX

It’s a SARM. (Selective androgen receptor modulator) it basically attaches to the androgen receptor & works by decreasing SHBG & increases free testosterone. I was skeptical at 1st but it’s 3.5 weeks & wow, went from doing 405 for 10, to 15 on deadlifts. I believe this week (4weeks in) is where it gets good. I feel like the pumps are fn insane so far. It increases protein synthesis & free testosterone butttt after 4-6 weeks it will lower your testosterone levels, but I’m on 100 mgs of trt so theoretically it’s supposed to keep levels up if that makes sense since I’m taking testosterone

I’ve come to realize that I am FINALLY building decent strength! I truly believe lgd4033 is doing its thing! Pulled 405 for 15 like nothing!!!! Even the best fall:
