Tris done! F*** the bar on the bench at golds doesn’t reach higher & the bars suck! The flat bench bar is close to my face when racking it off smh & It felt like my wrist was gonna snap back smh. Tomorrow’s wall squats. I’m kinda disappointed in fn golds gym equipment. Realllly annoyed & the amount of cocky dip shits walking around got me more annoyed. At the end of the day it’s a public gym & I signed up for it but cmon man. Upgrade your shi. It is what it is but tomorrow is wall squats. Ohh & the mother fn 45lb plates are ripped off from the handles. Aka the plastic ones. Felt like I was at the fn Bronx zoo for crying out loud! It’s 2024 man, wtf is going on?!?!
