Strength & Size update:
so far, my strength has been Progressing little by little and am noticing gradual improvements. One thing I’ve learned since starting TRT is, I am not on a cycle like I used to be on. Not even close when starting TRT. I can still remember being 22-23 on my First cycle of omnidren sustanon, deca aka 2ml vials from Greece, & Russian dball that was taken for 16-20 weeks. It was like yesterday I would walk into my old gym & my size & strength was just absurd.
TRT is absolutely not even close but it’s good to have a good level of testosterone as the 22 yr old poker face Ace was just starting. Would I like to go back to that time where it was strictly lifting, eating & chasing after women at the mall for their numbers? lol I wouldn’t mind, but hey it is what it is.
my strength now is dictated by my diet & tbh I’m ok with it.
Does blasting & gaining size still come to mind? Of course it does but it’s a different mindset at this point in my life. The goal is to now keep consistent & keeping my drive & determination before discipline coming #1 on my list!
still I keep pushing & remaining conscious of what needs to be done & what has to be done. I’m still going. I’m still working my ass off & still consistent. I’m still figuring things out & still learning. I’m learning to:
