Im BACK!!! & taken a 10 days off from training. Please read
I’ve decided to chill for a week or 10 days on my training because I feel it’s time for a break. My diet stays the same aka 6 meals of high protein & carbs. I wanna be stronger & in order to be stronger I MUST break the sos rut. Still eating a lot of protein and carbs but this time I wanna come in stronger. Better. & more determined. Better mental clarity. So I’ve taken off starting today. I’m learning rest is required & rest is a part of growing. So I’m just going to do it. I MUST hold onto my determination & drive and in order to do that I feel like time off is key. I don’t remember taking this many days off and over two years so I said today is the day.
