Anyone have an IUD? How does that help solve the no period problem?

I did two shows back to back and my periods we ALL messed up to say the least. However, i have noticed now that I have gotten them back on a more normal schedule my joints are aching. Thinking this could be due to the higher estrogen levels that my body isn't used too. Never thought I'd want to do more cardio to make my bodyfat lower off season to reduce pain... Hormones are a b***h!
