so I have been looking into my options - I don't want kids - already have one
I think the best way is to get off estrogen based methods??? Is the progesterone BC pill as bad???
For the IUD what I've read is there are 2 types - hormone and copper... anyone had any experience with either? Seems to me if you are going to go hormone route - why not just do the pill? The nuva ring is estrogen too - right?
I'm confused!!! help... please

I have the copper IUD for the last 2 years with out any problems. I chose the copper one because it is non-hormonal. To be honest I think it's great that I hardly get a period, I also don't get bloated when I do get my period and my menstrual headaches are long gone.
The only problem and it's not really a problem is when I am intimidate with my husband and depends on the position but he can feel it prick him down there, the doctor said to be careful about that cause you can knock it out.
