OneWideBack's quest for stagedomination 2010!
A brief introduction of me !
20 yo, 260lbs, 6ft2", 6 years of training
I said it would be brief
I have kept a training journal before on another site, but I stopped a couple of months ago, and I must admit that I miss the input that one recieves and also the fact that you commit to the people reading your journal so I have decided to start again on RX!
My training split as is right now:
1. chest & shoulder
2. Back & abs
3. Legs & arms
every training split has been followed up by a half hour of cardio on the treadmill lately as I have been prepping for a show.
Unfortunately I did not feel ready or good enough, so I decided to hold out until next year and make some nice progress!

Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

Nice, I already have spectators! Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy
In 30 minutes time I will be going to the gym for a brief arm workout, I'm somewhat fatigued....I have been eating ALOT of junk since i quit my diet, its NEVER worth it hehe

Definitely! I hate myself for it! But seeing as me and my girl have been doing ALOT of diy home-improvements the over the last week, everything is a mess and cooking is the last thing on my mind, but I will begin on Dave's off-season mass diet soon.

Just got home from a nice arm-workout at the gym, managed to close grip bench press 352lbs for 6 reps! felt pretty good about that

I just decided to make it my goal to bench 440lbs before January 1st.
Best benchpress yet is 408lbs....I think I will succeed

I did it! 440 with relative ease! Was an awesome feeling!
Will post more regularly, I have been pretty laid back this last week of my holiday
