Is jumping rope too High Intesity Cardio for the palumbo diet?

Yeah, thats what i figured. Its cold as fuck when i do my cardio, so i was wondering i could just jump rope in my garage. oh well

I used to do collegiate boxing.....hell yeah it's "intense cardio" We used to have to do 12 rounds of jumping rope continuously (about 36 minutes). The hurting in your lungs goes away after about 3 weeks.

depends on your level of conditioning. as long as your HR stays under 130, you're fine. this might mean you have to alternate legs, as opposed to jumping with both legs at the same time
