I'm thinking about adding Karbolyn....when I get money....maybe spinach..

why don't you try chocolate protein with the banana and peanut butter mixed in a drink. wait a little and have the eggs and tuna on it with a little tobacco and wash it down with the xtend leaonmade, creatine, glutamine mix.

So this makes me think...
Poundstone adds 3-4 pounds of chicken to a blender... adds enough water to bring it up to 40oz. Blends on high. pours into 2 20oz. bottles. I know a few others that tried it and had to waste 3-4lbs of chicken! Couldn't get past the first sip... I won't even try it.Just doin' my thing.

nasty is right. I prefer choc protein, natural pb, banana. and in the am I will add a little raw oats. blend it with water.

2 hardboiled omegas
2 tbsp natty pb
2 handfuls of spinach

I started drinking Poundstone shakes, blended chicken breast. The first time it was hard to choke down but now I add some salt, pepper, and random seasonings, drink it a little warm and it almost tastes like chicken noodle soup.
