did you find with the lower protein it ok while dieting, I heard this is a negative of the diet, low protein to prevent gluconeogenesis, its hard to know how much protein you need really

Sorry man, I never check this thread. I have a training journal in the mens journals section if you want to follow along. I'll take a look at the diet if you'd like me to. I had no problems with the higher protein. We need it as bodybuilders, so we can still reach ketosis when eating that much protein because of the way that we train. A normal person might have a problem, but we do not. I personally hit ketosis in 2-3 days.
