I'm not a fan of keto diets but then again, I play rugby and weight train as opposed to bodybuild and carbs are bloody useful when you expend as much energy as a rugby player does.

I think what is fair to say is that many bodybuilders have/do use carb manipulation and this works for them so it's difficult to argue against carbs.

I also think it's pathetic not to try different ideas and to rubbish things for the sake of it is childish and the recent stuff in MD is stupid.

In the end of Kai`s video-shoulders trainig Kai asked Charles Glass is it possible to overtrain now and he said that when you cut calories you are using all your protein for energy,and protein is your muscle-and then you enter in ketosis and BURN your muscles-and he said "WE CAN`T DO THAT"...Obviously Glass isn`t a fan of keto diets...

i can tell DENNIS WOLF never wrote that, i mean can he really write english as well as he speaks??? Dave interviewed him on MD radio a while back and the guy couldnt even string 2 words together.

i've always had tremendous respect for Dave simply because he doesnt only talk the "talk" he walks the "walk" .

MD is in complete FLAMEOUT mode right now. All of the good members have gone and come over to RXmuscle. I'm not impressed with the guys running the show over there.

John and Dave brought an intellectual and entertaining viewpoint to MD. Shawn, Flex and Lee were great onstage, but have no idea how to be as interesting as Dave and John. It's not even close.

These forums kick ass. The only reason I still go on MD is for the Lee Priest Zone.
