Oh jeez, that shit is a long story. Ok, well its short, but Im still fat as hell and I need some sort of insight to what I can do to fix this!!!! I had my thyroid checked and a whole screening of everything and Im a ok, so something in training and diet is WRONG.
So I guess a journal is a good idea....
