Travelling on airplane tomorrow, please help..
How do bodybuilders take their protein powder on the plane?? In the last 3-4 years I've been able to do it once...
I'm in Canada.. whenever I get canned protein, they make me drink it before security.. what should I do??
Put some in a ziploc??

Man just get a plastic container, put your protein in the plastic container with your shaker cup and some bottled water. Very easy solution. If they take that away u know the airlines have gone to hell. I have taken lots of supps with me on planes and I get no hassle.

They sell protein almost anywhere you go, why do you need to take it with you? If you need somthing on the plane take a protein bar.

Wrap it up in clear plastic and duct tape in to brick shapes, then hide it in the lining of your suitcase.

Whenever I have flown all I did was take an actual 2 lb tub of protein on the plane, a shaker cup, some water, and even had some pre workout supps as well. I had it all in my back pack. They did not give a shit and I was in the Toronto airport.

Man I don't know who u fly with but that is messed up. I have flown in the last year and still have had no problems with protein. They might take off the top and swish it around to make sure it is all good but they will not take it. Unless u look like a nutcase or something.
