Wow, I met him in 2006 wayyyy different. he was doing incline bench with like 4 plates and went down to 3 and a 25 or something like that. However one of the 25's wasnt put on and he tore his peck, hasnt been the same since. I do wish him well. He was a really nice guy to me and my family.

Man that photo of Alex still blows me away. I always thought of that guy never getting small and there he is a skinny rake. Fuck that is a head trip. I remember seeing a more recent photo than that though and his arms were big again but everything else was a work in progress. Who knows maybe we will see him on stage again.
