Default Do Pros stay "on" all year around?

or is it a Myth? Pros are allowed to post here as well...most of you (pros) will probably lie about the subject but do your best.

    what chu say Romano?

i am not romano, and i don't even know if you are specifically referring to bodybuilders, but i gotta tell ya, i always say "IT'S EASIER TO MAINTAIN THAN REGAIN" i haven't been above 12% since i had my second child and even then i was 10% within 2 weeks... after one kid, i was 9% 9 days after i was released from the hospital-- and he was a c-section... i don't eat super clean perfectly all the time, but i think it's important to feed your muscles, and let your brain function normally (no sugar binges) and avoid headaches, and yes, i think you should be in the gym every day year round, even if it's just doing a light 20 mins of cardio... something... something to keep you in the mindset and keep your body in response mode metabolically and circulatorily speaking (yes, i made up that second word LOL)... when people crash, binge and burn out, it's not only painful to try and get back, but blowing up hurts!! headaches, stiffness, loss of agility, yukmouth, who wants that??? many of the pro's stay in shape year round, if not with less bodyfat, at least with muscle maintenance... it's important for our season's goals that in the off season we don't stray or diminish, but rather, that we keep improving...

I believe the OP was talking about pros staying on steroids all year, not if they stay in shape all year

Ok, well some of the pros I talked to said they are on at least something year round.

The guy I talked to said you had to see it from their perspective. They have been on shit for so long, that when they are "done" bodybuilding, they will have to be on HRT. For the average competitor - they can "cycle" stuff and still have their system recover.

This guy said his "off-cycle" was still around 500mg test a week, hcg, and clomid. Some of the stuff he said he took during the season seemed unreal... I don't know if he was exaggerating, but he seemed completely serious when he was telling me this.

He's a top pro too... top 6 guy at the Olympia... yeah, imagine that, I actually know somebody... but I'm not a name dropper!!!
