For sure ... I was in the front row for the night show, and my eyes popped all the way out of their sockets when he hit a front double bi pose. Amazing.

Thanks for all the compliments on the fourms guys, it was a fun weekend. Really thought I had a good chance at this show but had a few guys come out of the wood work and took me out. I topped out at the very top of the heavies 225 1/4 and I thought I had the best condition in the class. Really don't think I could take out a shorter Banks at Nationals. There is nothing else I can do in the heavies. So I'm going to try to come on stage next year as a super at 240 in this show. I think I'm going to hire Dave to help me get even more dialed the last couple weeks next year before this show. Like I said got started at this level late so it's just taking me a little time to fill this 5' 11" frame out.

I have mixed opinions on our modern bodybuilding physique. I think Dan is a throw back, and I'm a big fan oh his physique. Inspirational.

Oh man you have such a classic physique man. Tight waist and huge arms dont get blocky please!!!! I hope all that extra weight goes int your quads. You really looked great, sometimes I dont get it bro. I dont think Ive ever seen a better biceps peak in my life

Wow, I was all over the place. Just trying to say an amazing athlete like you should be pro already. Its bull shit man. You looked ridiculous at that weight and it looked perfect on your frame.

I have a longer torso and shorter legs so I can carry the weight well. Judges all agreed that my frame can hold much more muscle. Phil Heath is 5'9" and comes in at just under 240 so I can assure you me being 5'11" with a longer torso at 240 will look just fine on me.
