I was 219 at Nationals in Nov at weigh-in and I barely made the weigh in this time and was even leaner than nationals so I know I can get to that weight by next years North American.

Zoa looks fucken amazing. She's ready to win Atlantic City. I'd like to see her compared with Betty Pariso, Heather Armbrust and Yaxeni.

Dan, always been a fan of your physique bud, and I feel your pain at 5'11", I agree with you and really do not think you can be any better at your height in the heavies, only option is to grow into a conditioned super, which as you know, the majority are just poorly dieted heavies....I think you will kick ass as a super bud, look forward to seeing you on stage next yr...

Hey everyone, just want to say thank you to Dave for takin the time out for the great interviews and for some great advice. As long as I've known Dave he's been a class act. Thank you again and if you ever wanna do any more interviews down the road let me know. Im all about havin some fun and entertaining the fans.

Oh and thanks for some of the nice compliments people have said, and for those who are not a fan of my physique, OH well. I can't please everyone. Just doin my best to build a right package, It takes time and I know where my weak areas are. Muscle don't build over night. So I'll be workin even harder to bring a more balanced upper body up for the Nationals.
