I would say man that High intensity workout routines are the body changing and developing routines . They are the best according to me though there are some people saying that it affect your bones and you can get injuries but if you take precautions and safety measures nothing happens .

i would say donīt over think it..lift with intensity but fairly frequently

As for me the high intensity training together with cardio is the best training to burn more calories.
