I would say man that High intensity workout routines are the body changing and developing routines . They are the best according to me though there are some people saying that it affect your bones and you can get injuries but if you take precautions and safety measures nothing happens .

As for me the high intensity training together with cardio is the best training to burn more calories.

Hey, I am going share some of my experiences with HIT.
I started training may be 2 years ago and due to pandemic things were a little inconsistent. I was doing mainly for weight loss and muscle gain, but mainly weight loss. And I got to know about HIT fromand I started to try that, and it worked. HIT actually works better for me.Last edited by Mac; 07-28-2021 at 04:54 PM.

Anything can lead to injuries. You didn’t answer the question. I’m 37 mainly how I’ve trained since I was 18 is a variation of hit. I’ve never been injured working out. I have had over use issues from higher volume junk. How is it inherently dangerous? I’m what way does it lead to injuries?
