Bro train those abs hard man.. I read what you said about the abs. I have trained with guys who had the 'Boyer' syndrome, who put 3 months of hard ab training in and showed up on game day with more 'pop' to those bad-boys then they ever had.
Crush it these last 12 weeks man!!! No prisoners.

Not sure what you do for your abs but you may want to try sticking to weighted, lower rep range movements to improve the density of the muscle. Under 8 reps is what I'm thinking.
Not sure what you are doing currently but just a reco.

Man I have the exact same problem with my abs....they are really thin and the last thing to come in...ie. I have to be really lean before they are in and because it's like the centerpiece of your physique people/judges look there first...I'm gonna be hitting abs hard this offseason myself, if you find something that works for you let a brotha know!
