    Bro train those abs hard man.. I read what you said about the abs. I have trained with guys who had the 'Boyer' syndrome, who put 3 months of hard ab training in and showed up on game day with more 'pop' to those bad-boys then they ever had.

    Crush it these last 12 weeks man!!! No prisoners.

    Not sure what you do for your abs but you may want to try sticking to weighted, lower rep range movements to improve the density of the muscle. Under 8 reps is what I'm thinking.

    Not sure what you are doing currently but just a reco.

    Actully I kinda do that now...I do alot of Cable Rope crunches, with a heavy weight...I still get higher reps probabaly in the 15-20 range..Maybe I'll go heavier and try out a lower range of reps...Thanks
