Putting on some LEAN muscle with NEEDTO`s products!
Well first off let me just say, i typed up A HUGE starting blog. I went to post it and wow i was kicked off. So let me try this again.
Well, im steven and i am from EF. I am here to post a blog about needtobuildmuscle.com`s dieslebolan starter stack. I am going to do a 4 week run of dieslebolan and tren TFO. I have 2 PH cycles under my belt and 2 AAS cycles under my belt. Over that period of time i have found what works and dosent work for me. What i like and dont like as well as where my diet and training should be.
If you have ever done a cycle you know that it costs some change. I have spent anywhere from 350-1000.00 dollars. Well needtobuildmuscle has put together several FULL cycles for under 200.00. WOW can you beleive that? A years gains for under 200.00 dollars.
The dieslebolan starter stack consists of these products.
1 bottle dieselbolan
1 bottle 19-tren-tfo
1 bottle forged liver support
1 bottle forged post cycle
I will be running them as follows.
DB-3caps ed 30days
Tren TFo-3 caps ed 30 days
Now a beginner would want to start off with 2 caps ed and see how they progress.
I will run the forged support as directed and the forged pct at 4 caps ed for a week and 2 caps ed for the rest of the time.
On to the diet, my favorite part. This is where all the hard work and money could go RIGHT down the drain.

7:00 am- 50g protein shake
8:00 am- 12 egg whites/ 1 c oats/ 1 tbsp pb
11:00 am- 10 oz chicken/ 1 cup brown rice/ 2 cups broccoli
12:00pm- 20g protein/ monster pump
1:30 pm- 60g protein/ 70grams waxymaize
2:30 pm- 12 egg whites/1.5 cups rice/ 2 cups broccoli
4:30 pm- 10 oz chicken/ 1 sweet potato/ asperagus
7:30 pm- 12 oz steak/asperagus
10:00pm 6 eggwhites/ 3 oz hamburger/ handfull of almonds
My training will be 4 days a week with 1 day of cardio.
Sun- chest/tri abs
mon-legs/ low back
tues-off
wed-back/bi
thurs-shoulders-abs
fri-cardio/low back
sat-off
I will update my workout each day w/ weights used and what exercises i did that day.

My goals are to reach 200lbs and bring my legs up since getting my patella put back in place. I want to reach a 460-480 lb bench, 550-600lb dead lift and get back to squatting again.

OK so today was my last workout for this week. I trained legs, my knees are feeling good and strong. I think its time to get away from the sled and get back in the squat rack. My stack should be in monday, im taking this weekend off to be with my woman. Come monday im hitting it hard!!!

OK, i got my stack in yesterday. My diet has been shit all weekend due to be out of town. I am taking today to get my diet back on schedual and rest up. Tomorrow i start back and starting hard!

Good luck well be interested to see how everything goes, what are you taking as far as support supps, anything beyond liver health? I used to take saw palmetto but cut it because I honestly feel it atrophied my prostate... I was just taking a normal dose too

182.6 today but seeing is how i didnt eat much this weekend. I havent worked out in 3 days and i was in the sun all weekend long, i lost some water weight.
OK, so before i go take a nap seeing is how i have been up since 5AM today
I went to work today pumped that i was going to be 1:back on and 2:trying 2 products that i have heard so many great reviews on. I wanted to feel the pump i have heard from the combo of these products. I didnt take my pre-workout today just so i could tell the difference. Let me tell you, first day i had great pumps. Now they were not AMAZING pumps like being on test after 4 weeks, but i deff noticed them. I did sweat a little more today but nothing to bad. I have ran tren e before so im excited to see how this compares to it. I beleive once my receptors are saturated with these compounds its going to be one HELL of a ride.
Now i trained just chest today and started off with BB bench press. I then went to cable flys and some abs.
I have been training around 10-15 reps since i just did a PL comp and im letting my shoulder recover so these weights are a little on the light side.
BB- warm up
5 sets of 2 - 335, 345,365,375,385lbs
4 sets of 8 - 255,265,275,275lbs
4 sets of cable flys - 60lbs
ABS
3 sets-High Rope crunches
3 sets- sky raises

Woke up this morning, i ate some oatmeal w/ ANPB and a protien shake. I then went back to bed, upon waking up i ate a HUGE plate of spaghetti ( light sauce & venison meat) i just took my stack and im ready to go throw some weight around!!!!!!1

Im changing up my workout, so i did back/bi today!
Lat pulls-warm up then 4x8
160/160/180/195
wide pendlay rows- 4x8
205/225/225/235
supinated bb rows 4X8
225/225/235/245
After that i did rope face pulls and shoulder extension 2*12 of each
Biceps- Db curls 3 sets 10
Reverse SB Curls 3 sets 8
preacher curl 2 sets 6 ( SLOW)
It was an ok workout today, wasnt in the best of moods. I am going to update my log w/ my new routine. I noticed 2 things today, sex drive is nuts and my temper is a little shorter.
