Tony Freeman claims 295 on stage!!!

in tony's blog today he claims at 10 weeks out he was 304 and will be 295 on stage at the olympia

do the math if he loses an average of 2 lbs a week as many do in 10 weeks since he was 304 minus 20 lbs thats not exactly 295....more like 284

Kai will be like 285 and 5 inches shorter

kai will be 270 at Most and thats HUGE for his height.

they lie soooo much its not even funny.

maby 280 before taking out the 10 pounds of water etc

No way in hell he was.. Did he step on a scale for us?

I showed the photos of a 6"2 martin Kjällström at 306 at 10/8 weeks out just to provide some "proof"and martin is huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge and tall

What info have you guys heard about Victor? Last thing I heard about a week ago was he left his trainer in NY ( because of stress he lost a ton of weight) and headed to Florida. To get help from a trainer that promised to fill him out and get his weight back.

Remember Markus Ruhl was 280 at his biggest on stage, and he was bigger than what Kai is, so Kai will be 260-270.

Toney will most likely look his best. I would say 285 but he could possibly come in at 290. That would be pretty crazy. Hopefully he is not going to sacrifice any conditioning to get to that particular weight.

after the Arnold, and his interview about the carbing up process which made sense, about time it takes to carb up he cant do it in 2 hrs....

so with the two night shows i expect to see Toney about like last year, but in the top 10 but more near the 7-10 mark as its stacked

Does martin have a gut as big as kai???? That could be the difference

toney has yet to fill out his frame.. he appears "lanky" and thin in some poses.. he only has so much time left for the stage.. hopefully he can fill out his frame properly before its over..
