Hey guys. Thought id start this off. and share my transformation journey with rxmuscle.com. Please feel free to post your own stories and comment on my transformation.

My story: That point in life when failure just wont cut it anymore. You have played the game of fear and dispair and each time left the loser. Theres only one way out and thats on top and now is the time to turn life around.


I will update this thread with daily thoughts on my training, food intake, lifestyle and pictures every 2weeks. Hopefully this thread will show a correlation between my positive mental attitude and progress on physique.

I have been up since 5am. I could not sleep as i was so eager to start off the new week. seems good and i am looking forward to the challenges of the day. Its funny how silent the inner demons become once you recognise them and refuse to bow.
