    Default suggestions welcomed

    ok, so if you were thinking of doing a show almost 1yr away...were 5'11 and 243lb BF% unknown TEENS anyway...how would u do a clean bulk...
    training will be
    MON-legs, WEDS-push, FRI-pull..cardio post and hopefully on off days.. diet 50gm protein, 30-50gm carb and 20gm fat..
    1-20 500mg test
    1-6 tren 75mg EOD
    1-4 dbol 40mg ED
    6-9 abomb 50mg/day
    10-14..just test
    14-20 tren 75mg EOD,
    14-20 winny 25mg ED
    reason for 14-20...is a possible vacation to dominican, so harden up a bit
    then would think from there until may 8th would be 14wks..so just cruise on HRT 150MG/week
    then 16wks out devise a game plan??
    what do you think of above? suggestions
    i'd like to sneak deca in there, but not sure when one could add tren after stopping deca, and such...would like to try it offseason...

    hi,

    not to be rude but your diet and training is totally off the mark.
    like waaaaay off.

    your diet should be more than 300g of protein a day. i have more than 50grm in each meal.

    and 30-50 grm of carbs?? way too low imo.
    your fats should be around 70-100 a day also.

    3 days a week training? come on ... at the very very least a bodypart split of 4-5 days a week is optimal.

    another thing that worries me is the whole possible holiday mid cycle.
    unless you are going to be eating and training the same whilst on holiday i think this is stupid.
    totall waste of gear and time.

    For bulking, 40-50g protein per meal is fine. Carbs should be 50g per meal. And 10g fats per meal is sufficient.

    For training, I do Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri.
    Mon - Legs
    Tues - Chest/Bis
    Thurs - Delts/Tris
    Fri - Back

    If you train with enough intensity, 3-4 days per week is good. Anything more you risk over training and your gains will slow. Rest and recovery are just as important as your training itself.

    Your drug protocol seems a bit over complicated. I prefer to keep it simple myself. You only need a few compounds to grow. And a clean diet will determine whether you have a clean bulk or a fat ass bulk...not the drugs.

    I'd rather see you just focus on a couple compounds. Something more like test and anadrol. Or test and dbol. I'd save the tren for cutting and pre-contest. Same with winstrol.

    Lol, no offnese firestarter...but that is per meal as snake figured out...
    3 days a week is plenty, I'd do 4 or 5 if I could..but with wife and kid, and every other work week being 60hrs....not happening
    Ill drop carbs to 30gm/meal..80 PWO and try and drop BF while maintainin muscle
    Test stays, and alternate dbol and anadrol for 4 weeks

    well maybe you should of stated that then.
    imo, you didnt specify how many meals you eat a day so values per meal are pointless.

    I've never heard of a bodybuilder that eats less than 6 meals a day.

    No that's my trouble spot..
    Arms and legs are veiny and low fat..
    Decided to buckle down... HIT cardio this AM!!! 3x week hopefully and 20-30min low intensity PWo...gotta get leaner!!
    Just test 500mg and 40mg dbol to some strength...

    Yeah...then 4 wk anadrol I think...
    I just got alittle excited....I'm on HRT and just saw DR, and nxt app't is 12mnth away...want to make most of it...lol
    The last real cycle was 2003!!!...so I'm antsy and impatient
