chris you look good and i'm not knocking you here in anyway I just have seen you trying forever to become pro and I just don't think your body is responding well to what you are doing....If we went back to you logs from before you look the same at 10 weeks out as you do here....
I think you need to try a new diet or training to get your body to respond and so the judges will say he nailed it this time
best of luck again I'm not knocking you just giving you my 2 cents

actully im working with jim magnone...I do think im bigger and just as lean as I normally would be, at this far out...So im pretty happy with everything right now...As for trying to be a pro, that would be nice, but honestly bro, im just trying to get into the top 10 ...This is my first shot at a pro Q show...But yeah your right ive been around for a long time, and I would love to be pro, but I know that my genetics probably wouldnt let me do that without killing myself on the super supplemetns...Thanks for the input

Chris, from one fellow Iowan to another, you look great dude. I met you in the bottom of Ironworks with Greg Wurtz several years ago when you took the Iowa title when you weren't even ready(in your mind) for it. Remember? You were actually getting ready for the Chicago show and Wurtz and I were going to come see you but we got tied up with other things. I'm down here in Florida now my friend and am loving it. Way to go representing the good ole boys who were brought up in Ironworks. Always makes my heart smile because I tell people down here about Ironworks and what a great little gym that really was. Man those were the days. It ain't the same anymore. Even when Dmitri and Jerry had it, it still wasn't the same as those magical days when I was in college. You had Newmire, Luke, BW, all of em and alot of em on the same day. It was almost like a mini-Golds at Venice really as far as the feeling and inspiration that that gym provided. Alot of good guys have come out of that gym and that State and it is good to see you still out there doing what you love and that you are lucky enough to be healthy to be able to keep banging away like you have been. Best of luck brother.

Chris is a class act...congrats on your progress so far, don't let up and I believe you'll hit your goal of top 10. I believe you've gotten better and better and I'm sure this time around will be no different. Best of luck!
