Have any of you tried tabata training?
Tabata training is a very intense form of interval training. Normally Tabata is done with one exercise. What you do is, you do as many reps as you can in 20 seconds then you rest for 10 seconds for a total of 4 minutes and repeat, the eventual goal is to do a minimum of 8 sets.
I tried it and I like it, but hurted my hip flexor doing it with a front squat. If you are gonna do it for the first time do it just for 2 minutes.

Crossfit and Gym Jones utilize Tabata's a lot in their workouts. They are exhausting and a great tool, but not so much for bodybuilding, I don't think. Unless you liken it to FST-7 type of idea.
