It's hard to get over the numbers but if you're going to look your best on show day, you have to. Judges can't tell what you weigh when you're up on stage. All they see is conditioning.

Exactly, I was told when my family and friends saw me in clothes and said I looked too skinny, then I only had 15lbs left to lose! lol

Well, think about it...you're gonna look like a concentration camp victim but with more muscle. That scares the people who love you but don't "get" the sport.

I don't really care what my family thinks anymore. They think I'm crazy just for what I already do and I haven't even been that crazy yet.
I know what the numbers could be. I have an idea of what I need to get down to. I know what is in store for me.
I am going to keep moving on with this. I will see where I am at in December but I need to do this.

Food was regimented and good today. I made a kickass roasted chicken Monday night for dinner so I had that for my two chicken meals with rice. It was better than normal.
I found a trigger tonight. My wife has cookies on the counter for our daughter. Without even thinking, I grabbed one.....After I swallowed it and realized "Damn that too sweet for me" I realized what I ate. I made my wife get the sweets off the counter and out of the way. Since I rarely go in our cupboard they are in there.
Macros including the damn cookie
Calories 1753
Protein 195
Carbs 161
Fat 36
Right on target for what I have planned...except that damn cookie. The good thing is I recognized it and made the change. I will go through the house this weekend and get rid or move the trigger foods.

cereal is my trigger, if I eat any, then I end up eating 2-3 bowls.

2-3 bowls? pfft....child's play. When you get to 2-3 boxes...now we're talking. I am a true binge eater. I'll bet I could outeat both of you. (I was going to say I could eat you under the table...like drink you under the table...but realized...yeah....)

My trigger is boredom. If I am not occupying my brain or physically doing something (or pissed off), I eat. I am hungry all of the time so literally I never know if it is phsychological or physical hunger. So, if the food is there, and I am not engaged in something, I will eat.
As for cereal? That is funny. After my initial fat loss last year, I opened a box of cereal and I literally at one sitting had 4 bowls. Then 30 minutes later, ate the rest of the box....and then had breakfast!
I'm not so sure you could eat me "under the table" (I can't even type that now without laughing)....I can eat something serious.
