This guy is incredible. Have patience with the annoying DUNKIN DONUTS commercial!

Not surprising that they have a longer average life expectancy then we do in the USA. I ponder on what the guy would have looked like on a gram of test a week along with 4IU daily of growth? I wouldn't recommend insulin for the old dude though..

I wonder how much aches and pains old guys that keep in shape really have compared to the average sedentary individual. I'd like to think that with diligence one lead a relatively pain free life all the way up until their passing. But alas, the organs still age.

Pretty impressive calves. I hope I look half as good at his age.

Oh man that was impressive, how he looks in general is amazing, but esp in the face. That ab/thigh shot was ridiculous and beats many 50 years his junior!!

Again inspirational and amazing. I wonder what Dave thinks to this as many of these guys, including the Japanese guy, start training a lot later in life, in their 40's for example. Does this help in their training longevity as they are not so injured and beaten up from pounding away in their teens/20's and onwards??

That is really something else. A lot of people do not even get to that age and here is this guy competing on a stage. Awesome stuff.
By the way Bernie Cooper looks insane for 63 years old.If it feels good do it to me.
