7 weeks out to Nationals - Chris Genkinger
Just wanted to update you guys with some pics of me...As I get ready for nationals..My weight is around 230lbs now, coming down nice and slowly...Should be in the lower 220lbs come contest time...
These pics where taken yesterday at the gym...Pretty flat, from no carbs all week long...But getting leaner and tighter...My goal for the show is to make the top 10, but honestly knowing how tough Nationals is...I would be happy to make the top 15, and to get to stand on stage Saturday night...

for 7 weeks out your conditioning is pretty killer
my only observation is based on that last photo you will probably need more hamstring development and upper chest thickness to turn heads.
You look great so far tho..stay the course man...im sure the top 10 is within your reach

Looking good on the conditioning this far out . . .just wondering, what does your training look like? Are you a high rep / high volume guy or the inverse?
