Noah Steere used to be sponsored by IDS and saw his measured @ 23+ a few years ago. Of course he is 6'8 and about 340
Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

I would think that most guys are at 20" and very few at 22".

I think that it is overall irrelevant. Most of these guys are only going to give their measurements as they are in the off season...which is fine if you think about it. The ONLY reason anyone even cares is so they can compare themselves to the largest bodybuilders.
However, how much does that matter? Most people will never even get their arms over 18". In fact, for those of us who have built arms bigger than that, you soon realize that you don't give a shit how big everyone else is specifically because more relies on how that body part looks in relation to everything else.
They might get down to 20" arms for a contest yet walk around with 22"ers the rest of the year.

I have 20.25" arms cold. But I'm 6'-4" tall with long arms, so even having broken the 20" barrier, my arms still look spindly compared to my tall body.
They look better, pumped to 21", but you never get that kind of pump at a show....

Ronnies left arm is like 2 - 3 inches smaller than his right. He must be pissed. If that wasnt that bad. He could possibly win another olympia. Come down to 250 - 260 shredded. Lats not that bad. Just that arm.
