I give Dave Palumbo credit for my conditioning. He directed my diet and contest prep for that show and I was in the best shape of my life.

Nice! I kid you not, even the little regional shows I've competed in have Dave's guys either winning their class or being the most ripped guy in the show! I was in the best condition I've ever been in at my last show, last fall using Dave's basic keto diet. I didn't have his instruction, but even just doing the basic diet got me so much further.

You have to understand that dimwits like Block think that everything they do not agree with is gay. They simply lack the vocabulary to articulate their actual feelings, so they fall back on the particularly juvenile epithet of "gay."

An alternative explanation is that Block is a repressed homosexual who lashes out at others when their actions arouse gay feelings deep inside of him.

If I had to hazard a guess, I'd go with the former. After all, he is so stupid that he has to include "-Block!" at the end of each of his posts. Apparently he assumes that everyone is as thick as he is and therefore unable to glance leftward and read the poster's name.

I forgot that, to some, they have revered celebrity status. I just have to remind myself of that on occasion. That's all.


Oh, and the going around an expo with a standard bathroom scale getting "IFBB Pros" to prove how much they weigh has been done. In 2008 at the Arnold Classic.
