HEY THERE J-Lynne - that gym was Risner Fitness Center on Kadena Air Force Base. The other gyms that are popular here are are Gunner's (on Foster - Marine Base) and Torii (on Torii Station- Army...the one my husband runs). Depends what kind of environment and what sort of equipment you like. Hope you have a great time on your trip, hit me up if you have any more questions about Oki.

Hey, guys! I don't think that women should train traps. On the other side, being an active is a key to success. However, women take participation in the development of modern technologies, like described in the post http://bigessaywriter.com/blog/woman...f-technologies

Everything should be trained to help prevent muscle imbalances. Weak traps and upper back muscles while trying to develop a strong chest can lead to shoulder problems.
