Diet tips with Evan Centopani
http://mdtv.musculardevelopment.com/...view/2446/232/
Long, but good video. As usual Evan is articulate and interesting to listen to. I stopped eating Tilapia a few months ago after reading about how its raised in farms in China, but after watching this I definitely will NEVER touch that nasty shit again.

the ionized water is pretty interesting, the ph tests he did were pretty cool, i had never thought about the water we drink being acidic, i actually thought it was around the normal base

He seems to be convinced about fish, but he should remember the 80,000 tons of mercury that is dumped into the oceans by the U.S. alone...something to keep in mind, i suppose.

HAHA, lol naw. He's just like that though. If you've seen any of his other shit, or if you've read his thread on AnimalPak before, he's very "anal" about nutrition-related stuff, and he's right. Why bust your ass in the gym and then go home and feed your body clean "bullshit", raised in some shady farm somewhere 3000 miles away?

Same here. Or at least I wouldn't have thought of bottled water to really be even worse than tap water, ph-wise. It's really funny though, cause I know soooo many people that don't drink tap water cause it has "so much shit in it", and then go and buy 24-packs of Ice Mountain or Aquafina etc thinking they are drinking purer water.

I have no idea why it does that lol. The MD video player is annoying. It was doing the same thing to me for Evan and PJ's delt video. It would load completely, play till like the 4 minute mark and then stop and go back to 0.
You make a good point, but I still think it's a better choice than hormone-infested beef or chicken. Most of the chicken that is on the market and used by fast food chains is grown in 4-5 weeks. From the moment that it's an egg to that it is ready for slaughter in about a month. A normal chicken would need about 5-6 months I think... (Even though Totti scored 2 last week and climbed up even higher in the top 10 all time serie A scorers list, HE'S STILL A WANKER! Lol.

I'm a big advocate of fish too.

Did you see Evan's hands? That has little to do with hard training anymore...he looks more like a walking billboard for Genotropin...that being said...he is a smart kid...and a very friendly guy...

I remember when he was on his rant about using plastic containers for storing his food also.
Only uses glass.
I'm not knocking him for it, just saying.CutlerAthletics.com

Does he worry about how his beef is fed? Grass or grain?
You guys with the huge sponsor ads in your signatures make reading the forums annoying.
