I did a 70% fat and 30 % protein diet a few years ago and I dropped 40 lbs in 2 months. I maintained strength.
Now when I try it again it takes me a month just to start losing fat.
No one wants to hire a fat ass. They think you are lazy. So I am looking for a new job and I want to drop weight. Eventually I want to drop 2 weight classes.

Me neither.
I lost 30lbs in 30 days before and right now I have 30lbs to lose from 200 to 170lbs for competing(not bodybuilding).
Considering I haven't eaten carbs in over a year(no water to lose), my weight on:
4/20 was 211llbs
4/21 206.2
4/22 203
4/23 201lbs
In 25-45 (just in case) days my weight will be 170lbs, that's 105,000 calories to get rid of.
You can lose 25lbs in a month, my method is a special diet, training program, a few supplements and 2 drugs.
It's not cheap it would cost $434/per month for everything(ALL your food+drugs+supplements, etc... you won't need to spend anything else)
You can expect to lose fat very quickly and maintain or increase LBM and your PRs too.
PM if you want details on how to do it, since it's been established by the experts here that it's not possible.

on my cg record i dropped from 253 to 219 in 1 month, eat 6 egg whites a day, lots of laxatives, quit working out with weights, do high intensity cardio to burn off your muscles, and water dehydrate, more laxatives digestive cleanse and more high intensity cardio. i did it but it was a sad month for me. i would not recommend it. i had to for job reasons but again i wouldnt recommend it.

I did Daves keto diet. Lost 10 lbs. water the first week then cut out the fat days and the most that I lost in a week was 4 lbs. It was more common for me to drop 2 lbs. a week. That was with 90 minutes cardio, 6 days a week. So as for the 25 lbs. in a month, it is possible in the first month with the innitial water loss. I think I lost more like around 22 lbs.
