Back work was decent. Not good but decent.
Pulldowns

Close grip rows

Hammer Isolateral Low rows

Hyperextensions
15/15/10/10/10
Still not deadlifting. I'm not sure I'm up to it just yet. Strength is still feeling better each week. I'm happy with the progress

Are those low rows the weight per side or both together? 180 w/ one arm is strong dude...that's what I'm pulling on those things...because that's all the damn machine holds! Why not try some rack pulls if you're not up for deads yet?

I should split that....90 each side bro. Im not that strong yet.
I have never done rack deads so I'm unsure how to do them correctly. I watched a couple vids but wasn't comfortable with what I saw yet.
