    I think a bulk is in order after the Arnold. Just hang outside your contest weight about 15 pounds and you will be fine.

    Noooo!! Not fat. Mass as in lean muscle! You are going to learn how to do it without gaining a bunch of unnecessary fat

    I know what you mean Free but when you've been overweight (see Bucki) the concept of bulking is a nervous thing.
    Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.
