Many people on here have no idea how hard this is without support.

At least my wife has finally started not rolling her eyes when I don't eat what she fixes...and she is eating healthier. I am rubbing off on her slowly but surely.

I know how hard it is Mike. My wife made cookies last night and asked how many I wanted. Not IF, but how many. I had to bribe her to stop tonight to buy me some fresh salmon and greenbeans. UGH....I definitely know Mike!
